Can not Share Note with team

Hi There is no person to share with, listed in the sharing window. Did I get something wrong? I am using latest Ver 24 of Nextcloud image

The issue I am experiencing is that it shows less than half of my users when attempting to share and the rest are just not detected. Any update on this?
