Fix lang resource not appearing on Transifex please

According existence of transifex config file in this project it seems, that there was attempt for adding this following instructions: https://docs.nextcloud.com/server/latest/developer_manual/basics/front-end/l10n.html#adding-translations But it seems, that this wasn't completed yet: Would it be possible to find (or cooperate with Nextcloud CI admins - as for example in this case https://github.com/nextcloud/docker-ci/issues/400 ) please?

Whops - forgot, you are not using Nextcloud Transifex project, but your own - sorry for that. (even so, it probably would be better to use that, because translators are working there) Related - would it be possible to approve my pending request for adding Czech language for Quick Notes for Android? Thanks :-)

Looking on app translation completeness status now and it seems, that not many Nextcloud translators knows about it, which is unfortunate. It would certainly get more attention (and thus completeness) if moved onto Nextcloud Transifex account surely. Just in case, there is possible to open issue on https://github.com/nextcloud/docker-ci/issues/new/choose (choose Request translations). And follow checklist there as depicted for example this: https://github.com/nextcloud/docker-ci/issues/426. If something is unclear, you can ask rakekniven. Hope it helps to get more complete translations coverage :-)

For motivation - this developer was very impressed how much work can be done by Nextcloud translators community (if strings to translate are on place, where they operate ;-) ).
