Move Button to top

Expected behaviour

Move the button "There are more persons to recognize" to the top of the main view page

Actual behaviour

Button is at bottom of the page, which is unhandy for me with round about 200 persons to scroll eachtime down.

Ideally, the notification need to have an action to show the dialog directly, but it is not yet possible. Puting it above all photos, the button takes up a lot of space and would look bad.
