Integral syntax is broken

Works with 0.10.1 but is broken with current version (in demo and in url //mathquill.com/lib/mathquill.js)

This seems to be fixed by #779. I am unable to replicate the issue with that fix in place.

At least on the home page (http://mathquill.com) it's still broken. To clarify, I'm expecting this to be shown after typing \int + tab: screen shot 2018-02-01 at 10 31 21

Since #779 is not merged, the homepage wouldn't show it.

How does one type an indefinite integral with the new update?

Is it really true, that you can not type indefinite integral (\int )? MathQuill always completes it to definite integral (\int_{}^{}) automatically. And shows those empty gray boxes also in static mode. As in #776

This behaviour is probably something that should be configurable.
