Automatic option for ethernet/wifi monitoring.

I use a VPN which adds multiple extra connections, and sometimes windows seems to change which one is being used even if the VPN is not running, same for wifi;

I'd like an Automatic option for these which somehow detects which one is actually in-use, and use that.
