TransformBy functions in Point2D/Point3D with CoordinateSystem Reference

It seems odd for the points to include knowledge of the optional coordinatesystem when they are simply arbitrary points in space. The implementation of which is simply a call from the passed coordinate system in the first place.

I propose to obsolete these methods.

I understand your objection. However, since this would be a breaking change, we have to postpone it for a major release update.
