How to clean MathJax queue?
Hi,
I am trying to improve the responsiveness of my page between page transitions.
Sometimes this means that between the quick transitions there are still outdated jobs inside the que.
Is there a way to clean the que? or I can just use MathJax.Que = []?
Thanks!
There currently is no way of clearing the queue. See also https://github.com/mathjax/MathJax/issues/875
Thanks! I will cancel by directly clearing the que now, and I will keep an eye on the api when que-clearing is implemented!
Hi @pkra,
I looked at the commit log of this repo. Since your last commit here was almost a month ago, I would love to get in touch to see if there is a quick way for me to clear the job queue of mathjax.
Please advice! Thanks;)
@episodeyang this issue is not an any milestone right now so there are no immediate plans to work on it. I'll add it to our general backlog since there seems to be agreement that this feature should be added. (fyi, master is only updated on releases.)
(oops, hit "comment" too quickly)
To answer your question, there's currently no way of doing this. PRs are welcome.
Is there any progress on the matter?
Closed during a review of old issues. MathJax v3 and above no longer uses MathJax.Hub.Queue
