Enable all capital Greek letters for Capitalised name.

Although this is not a feature of Latex it would be much more convenient to get an upright capital Alpha by writing \Alpha instead of using a latin A wtith \mathrm to make it upright. Similarly for the other letters B, E, Z, H, I, K, M, N, O, P, T, X.

Version 3.2 now includes the upgreek package, so perhaps that will allow you to define the macros that you want.

Upgreek provides upright lower case letters but unfortunately does not enable upright capitals where they are similar to the latin equivalents.
