Add linebreaks config

Hi, I'd love to see how to configure linebreaks for mathjax-full.

Line breaking has not yet been ported to MathJax v3. See the line breaking link under "MathJax Output" on the main page of the MathJax Documentation.

This will come after improved font support, which we are working on this summer. It is likely that that means it will not be until next year.
