User stating timezone attached to time doesn't catch

Describe the bug When user states a timezone attached to a suggested time, the app considers the time posted according to the actual timezone of the user.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Post time with time zone other than your current, eg say 11:30a EST when you're located in PST
  2. See error in what timezone butler tells you what time that is for you.

Expected behavior Timezone butler to recognize timezone was stated and adjust accordingly CleanShot 2021-05-20 at 08 47 14@2x
