Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When I mention a time, my colleagues see a translation in their timezone. However, there's no way for me to know whether or not the butler worked. Did my colleagues see a translation or did it not work for some reason, e.g. because I used the wrong time format?

Because I have no indication whether or not the butler worked, I nearly always end up doing the translation manually, just in case the butler didn't work.

Describe the solution you'd like When I mention a time, as an author I would like to see something that indicates the butler worked, e.g. a little ✅ next to the message (if that's even possible).
