Timezone Butler not recognizing my timezone correctly

Describe the bug It seems as if the TZ Butler is "detecting" my timezone to be EST when in-fact it is CDT: Timezone ButlerAPP 10:55 AM EST is your timezone.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Someone else says 'Lets set up a meeting for 1:30PM EST'
2. I see: Only visible to you Timezone ButlerAPP 10:55 AM EST is your timezone.

Expected behavior I am currently in Central Daylight Time

So, I am curious as to how the bot discovers my timezone .. if it gets it from my IP well we use NAT configurations and I probably look like I'm coming from a North Carolina network address. #Slack has a timezone configuration so I'm wondering if it should get it from the parent application instead of network address (I'm making assumptions ...)

Aren't CDT and EST effectively the same time zone, both being UTC-5?
