Do not work properly on MS Edge

Animation is not spinning circle while searchButtonState is 'loading' and it causes scrollbars pulsing too

I don't have any windows to try it. Do you have time to fix it?

I have time, but I have not any idea how to fix it. I only found out that page size stops changing when I turn off .pb-container .pb-button svg.pb-progress-circle spin animation
