Most IVADOMED warnings related to the transforms.py file are resolved in their current master, so it should be fixed when they release their next version.

Hi @GrimmSnark - it seems the BIDS error is indicating that the issue is centralized somewhere in the IVADOMED package, which is a dependency that's also managed by our group...

Can we revisit this? I think there are several latest MATLAB versions now that are no longer compatible with qMRLab due to this javacomponent feature being removed
