Some ideas on making Mathics work on CoCalc

• [ ] Document how to install Mathics in a CoCalc project
• [ ] Include Mathics in CoCalc-Docker
• [ ] Create a "CoCalc custom software image" for Mathics
• [ ] Get Mathics installed system-wide on the main CoCalc instance, see https://github.com/sagemathinc/cocalc/issues/417
