A cross-platform wrapper for native dialogs written entirely in python.
It would be very nice, if a some folder path can be passed as argument to some functions (for example, `open_file`, `directory` functions and so on), and then a file/folder...
On windows, is it possible to ensure that the dialog is always displayed on top? A lot of the time, the dialog goes behind the current GUI.
