AnkiConnect Issues When Game2Text Lightning is Minimized

This isn't really anything major but it is a slight inconvenience not being able to minimize the black box with scrolling text.

Flashcards cannot be created unless the Game2Text Lightning box is selected, and also if the Game2Text.exe is not visible. Otherwise, it seems to be working fine. I am using a window capture method targeting the game itself.

By "black box" do you mean the window that shows the hoverable text?

Indeed, the controller does not receive responses when the main application is hidden. I'm not sure why that's the case.

Oh sorry, I don't know much technical jargon. The "black box" I referred to meant the command prompt that runs alongside the main screen

The command prompt is needed for the OCR to initialize unfortunately. It simply would not run without that.

Regarding minimizing the main application, I tried various solutions including moving the handler inside threads or recreating new ones but it seems like the main application simply would not receive signals when it is minimized.

So for now I disabled the minimize and maximize button.
