Pessoal, pequenas correções. Adicionei algumas etiquetas que estavam faltando, e outras que entraram em vigor (pelo menos no preset do iD). Também ordenei para ficar consistente (left/right/both). Fixes #74

Minor improvement: on News section, the date is not localized. No matter the language, it is displayed in English language and format (February 14, 2023, for example).

Not a new bug (very old actually), but in OM, land uses with address don't have their address displayed in Place Page (but the housenumber is shown in the map)....
Quick fix: fixed Portuguese exit (entrance/door) strings. Although PT and PT-BR translations are the same, since it seems OM is moving translations to Weblate, I preferred to have it duplicated....
I also loved the new suggested values in the notes menu! Is it possible to have them translated in Weblate? Or, should I dare (long shot here!), we could have...
