Chore: add typehints to project

I have added the type-hints to the project. Since there is a proposal to migrate unittest tests to pytest I didn't add type-hints to the tests

Adicionei os type-hints ao projeto. Como há uma proposta para migrar os testes do unittest para pytest não adicionei os type-hints aos testes
