Potential confusion with roles and role configuration

Description

• I find myself adding a new role in the Roles page and getting confused whey it doesn't appear in the Collaborators page when I try to add a Collaborator.
• This has happened atleast twice.
• The user has to add a new role in the Roles page, and then configure it in the Role Configuration page, and then add a Collaborator to use that role. We should try to reduce confusion in these steps (for eg., like proving an option to auto-configure roles added via Mathesar UI).
