Make connections page layout respond better to narrow viewports

Current behavior

The connections page shows connections in a table layout:

On narrow viewports, users need to scroll horizontally to see the whole UI. This is especially bad because the user might actually need to scroll vertically in order to expose the horizontal scroll bar.

Desired behavior

We need a mockup of how connections should appear on narrow viewports.
