Display connection details on database page

Current behavior

• This is the page we've been calling the "Database Page"

  

• Due to some recent changes, this page actually displays a database connection, rather than a database.

• Confusingly, it displays the connection nickname ("mathesar_tables" in the screenshot above) in a manner that may lead users to believe that is the database name.

• A connection contains the following other fields which are not displayed on the page:

  • host
  • port
  • postgres username
  • database name

Desired behavior

• We should display all the fields of the connection — not just the nickname.

UX work

• We need to figure out how those fields should be displayed
