How to specify x86_64 arch when using Parallels VM

Hello,

My install is failing due to the compiler trying to use the aarch64 architecture from my m1 Silicon mac rather than the x86_64 of my VM.

I couldn't find any flags for specifying architecture on compile, is this possible?
