I am not a big fan of having the feed description as title attribute/mouseover text there, because - the feed description could have more than just some characters - ~feed...

Let's summarize here: It is not a bug. It could be a interesting feature for a new extension, couldn't be?

Pull to refresh was introduced into Firefox 112 and was deaktivated by default in 116.3. Check the settings, where you can enable it.

I can confirm, but it is not urgent. With https://github.com/FreshRSS/FreshRSS/pull/6444 this little bug is much smaller ;)
