In Call Status Issue with AMSlideMenu

Hi,

I have used the awesome library for a lot of projects and so far this had gone smooth. In the current project , i noticed that in call status messes with the AMSlideMenu. the view is moved down with amslidemenu. I created a sample project with and without AMSlideMenu and the one without AMSlideMenu had no issues with in call status.
