Bump up interact.js version

To avoid the error in Chrome, I've bumped up interact.js version to 1.10.3, which required some additional changes to rollup and plugin versions.

Also enabled the css in the component because o/w touch doesn't work on mobile Chrome.

I have only briefly tested this so it would be good to have different opinions to make sure nothing is broken.

Tests seem to fail b/c of node version incompatibility. Will try to fix.
