Does not work locally on Chrome even with "--allow-file-access-from-files"

When I run `file:///C:/Djvu_html5/Djvu_html5.html` in Chrome with `--allow-file-access-from-files` enabled it fails to load the sample file. Instead it shows the unhappy face and no error in the console. It works...

It is great to have this option for displaying DJVU files in a browser. I haven't yet attempted to look at the code, just played with the demo a bit....
