MAPIDOC for surface data

added readme files for the MPRester documentation of the surface data using mp-135 (Li) as an example.

For this to work, I'd need to alias the "surface" field to the corresponding Mongo collection's namespace. I'll look into doing this (related to materialsproject/maggma#23 @montoyjh).
