rework the docs to emphasize Python over YAML

Some of the feedback I get on the FWS docs indicates that newbies think FireWorks is mainly intended to work with the YAML specification. Preferring to work in Python, they get frustrated with FireWorks.

Probably what should happen is that the Python stuff should come first and the YAML part should come second.
