md-list-item: text is not selectable

Description

As reported in #5145 for md-dialog, even for md-list-item the text is not selectable. Text in a list in a web page should always be selectable, it's an expected behavior

Reproduction

try to select text in a list in https://material-web.dev/components/list/

Workaround

I'm using an inside md-list-item to make text selectable

Is this a regression?

No or unsure. This never worked, or I haven't tried before.
