[MDCBottomAppBarView] A negative floatingButtonVerticalOffset makes bottom toolbar droop

Giving the floating button on MDCBottomAppBarView a negative offset will cause the right side of the bar to droop, almost like it's melting. Look at image attachment.

Reproduction steps

Create a MDCBottomAppBarView and give it's floatingButton a floatingButtonVerticalOffset value of negative 30 or so, like

myToolbar.floatingButtonVerticalOffset = -32

Expected behavior

The toolbar should not having any slanted lines and be symmetrical.

Actual behavior

Toolbar is slanted on one side.
