[MDCOutlinedTextField] Allow Subclassing

Feature Request/Suggestion

Currently, the MDCOutlinedTextField does not allow subclassing. It may be helpful to allow for subclassing that component so that developers can build custom functionality on top of MDCOutlinedTextField.
