[Chips] MDCChipField‘s cursor should be hidden if any chip is selected.

Feature Request/Suggestion

MDCChipField's chip selected behavior should be same as the one gmail does, when any chip is selected, the cursor should be hidden.

Additional context

From this screenshot, you will see one chip is selected, and the cursor is hidden in the chip field.
