[Bazel-Material-ios]Bazel-Material-ios

Hi,

I just saw that material component has removed bazel from its UI components, a super massive revert.

Does anyone know what the reason is? https://github.com/material-components/material-components-ios/commit/a3381717f73e96e015be27c3eabf20746fa4886b

Best regards.

The title doesn't have a [Component] prefix.

Hey @salim-boudriiya thanks for reaching out to us and sorry for the delay. We did recently remove it primarily because we did not have any signal that it was being used by our open source community.

Given that, we're open to revisiting our support of bazel externally and would like to learn more about your use case. I'm assuming you were consuming our libraries via bazel; if so, which version of bazel were you using, and in what manner were you typically consuming our libraries (e.g. which targets were you depending on, how was your WORKSPACE configured?).

is there any recommended way to use material-ios in bazel enable project?
