GetAtTime timestamp

Hello,

I run into an issue while calling GetAtTime. I request a timestamp and receive a response for another timestamp. To make it work I apply pull request #13 I also add support for language via pull request #10, with a minor fix on index.js L43. Just removed it.

No all works fine.
