Watch notification hangs on loading screen after phone restart
I've noticed that after every time I restart my phone (Verizon Galaxy S7), I stop receiving any notifications on my watch (Pebble 2). When a notification comes in, the watchapp will launch, and just hang on the spinning loading icon until I turn my phone screen on, at which point the notification will finally be displayed.
A fix I've found is that I go into the Android notification access security settings and disable Notification Center access, then open the NC app on the phone and follow the prompt to turn the access back on.
