this can happen whenever we make some breaking change to mod.json, and with that the user cant update the older version

i hate geode_pkg folders and the fact theyre global, the previously built .geode file is right there and very local to the project..

right now you can end up with stale resources, since they are no longer in the source code but still in the cache! and thus they still end up in...

the loader doesnt care but cli can only package resources and other files in a flat directory configuration. would likely need to add more things to mod.json that the loader...

i think this could be a funny thing to do, though probably not very useful, if even possible

we get a lot of noise we dont care about from fmtlib and minizip, would be nice to get rid of those messages

i think the fact that the installer runs in admin makes it create the folder with improper permissions
