Upcoming: check for API changes with matchms

We are currently working our way towards matchms 1.0 which is likely to come with a few API-breaking changes. This issue is thus a TODO note.

In addition, we will add options to compute sparse sets of scores to matchms, i.e. to only trigger score computation for pairs of interest between two spectrum datasets. This sould work straightaway using the MS2DeepScore.pair() but could then certainly be optimized.
