Sent Mails: Harmonize all outgoing mails

currently Mails are sent as a composite of a text-only message and a html version. The text-only version doesn't always match the HTML version. Check all Mails and set approriate text-only texts based on HTML texts.

Prior: Have project team review all e-Mail texts and make sure they're finalized.
