Submit Package to Chocolatey

This is an awesome app! You should publish it to chocolatey.org for easier consumption and distribution.

I do notice that the device name is different from google chromecast extension, the friendly name should be added.

it is usefull to note, that if the original software creator submits the package to chocolatey, it can elevate to trusted package, https://chocolatey.org/faq#what-is-a-trusted-package
