Fix for not being able to stream mp3/flac from Windows 10 (32/64)

Hi guys,

Created this account just to give you the solution for not being able to stream mp3/flac from windows 10 (32/64)

Install ITunes from Apple and then it doesn't matter where the software is located or if you din or did not run the *.bat file. It simply works You can use any player you like for streaming music (Groove, WinAmp etc...) but ITunes also needs to be installed on your system.

Not sure why this is happening but i had it working on my desktop where my iphone was syncing with Itunes and when I did the same steps on my laptop with no ITunes installed it simply didn't work for mp3/flac (casting from Chrome was working properly). What i notice was that it simply did not start the ffmpeg.exe when looking in the Task Manager and so i started replicating all condition that were on my desktop until it finally worked :)

Anyway, I hope this fix will work for everyone and a big thanks to acidhax for creating this!!!!
