Non compressed audio output

I found that output audio streams non compressed as WAVE format, that uses 1.6 Mbits of local network. That may cause sound lags when wifi network is not clean. Can you change it to MP4 or MP3?

Better that way for streaming FLAC or 24-bit songs, that's one of the Chromecast goals
