Feature Suggestion: Post tagging and filtering post list by tag

Bearblog.dev has the really useful ability to assign tags to posts and then lets you filter the post list by a given tag (eg: https://herman.bearblog.dev/blog/?q=product). Might it be possible to implement similar functionality in Mataroa?

I think tags are too complicated of a feature for the simpleton mataroa wants to be but there was some work on a transparent search functionality, although it got left a bit behind https://github.com/mataroa-blog/mataroa/pull/37

I think we'll re-visit it at some point!
