Black area around Window if minimized while a Transition is running

Description

when going back to input screen, it gets blacked out fully

To Reproduce

if you double-tap the screen it seems to go away

This is an extremely old issue which is being tracked at https://github.com/AvaloniaUI/Avalonia/issues/2425. It occurs if the window is minimized while a transition, such as those on + buttons, is animating.
