Firmware Update - Launchpad Not Connecting

Hi there, thanks for all your hard work and apps. I just installed the firmware update via sysEX librarian, however, once finished, my Launchpad does not turn on/connect to my Mac. I can turn it on into boot loader mode, but that is all. Please could you advise?

OS Monterey Launchpad Pro - Bootloader 1.5.4 - Firmware 1.82 Ableton 12.0.2

Additional context

I have also tried loading up the Launchpad Pro Updater from Novation but this gets stuck on 'Checking firmware version'

First, I suggest you update your firmware using https://fw.mat1jaczyyy.com/firmware

Then make sure that your Launchpad receives enough power via USB (mostly applies if you are using a USB hub). If the issue persists feel free to join the Apollo Studio Discord and go to the #support channel and/or send me a DM.

Sounds like firmware update got interrupted midway and left you with just the bootloader, should be fine if you just re-update properly. MIDI sucks and it can be difficult to get a stable connection going
