I don't mean to bother you, but do you still plan on finishing up this PR? If not then I'd be willing to finish it myself.

Codegen kept breaking but now I finally got it to generate everything. Haven't tested in-game though.

Note that this can be worked around by specifying a different resolver. The [mongodb crate readme](https://github.com/mongodb/mongo-rust-driver#windows-dns-note) has an example.
