edit page isn't mobile friendly

button bar doesn't work on small screens.

I'm thinking we should rework it with the buttons horizontally across the top. I'm not sure how best to handle the sub-menus (visually)

buttons have been moved to the top but i believe it's the css on their div that is preventing it from levering the responsive css used on the page.. close, and usable, but it can be better.

Having been moved to the top, the buttons are mobile-friendly but the page their contained in isn't resizing appropriately.

Update: It is ... mostly mobile (phone) friendly now (the responsive css works), but you can't see the full editing pane and scrolling the editor's text field is kind-of sucky and as a result of the editing field wierdness you can't scroll down to see the preview pane below it.
