Party Mode #WorldCup

Pitch

I’m watching the #WorldCup final and there's a pretty nice conversation happening under that hashtag. But, for every post I have to put in the hashtag, put in the CW, and then to read the stream I'm opening everyone else's CW. So I want a party mode that:

1. Puts a designated hashtag on each post
2. Puts a designated CW on each post
3. Ignores other people's CW's in posts that have the designated hashtag.

Probably a client feature?
