Support telling the reporter the outcome of the report they filed
Pitch
As far as I can tell, users who report content receive no direct indication of the response to their report. It would be helpful for the admin UI to give an option to report disposition of the report back to the reporter, ideally with the option for free-form feedback on the report.
Motivation
This would provide admins/moderators with a clear channel to provide feedback on reports to reporters, to help improve the quality of reports, as well as to help reporters understand how their instance's moderation team is handling reports, and make appropriate decisions about whether they agree with the instance's stance. This would be a powerful trust and moderation tool.
