See Limited and Suspended accounts, except for those from blocked domains

Pitch

In Preferences > Moderation > Accounts, we can see limited/suspended accounts. However, it is filled with accounts from limited/suspended domains. This makes it very hard to find accounts that were limited/suspended individually.

Motivation

Add a "Limited Individually" and "Suspended Individually" filter option.

• Limited indivdually: Account is limited AND account is not from a limited domain.
• Suspended individually: Account is suspended AND account is not from a suspended domain.
  • Accounts that are suspended AND from a limited domain will be shown, since that is unrelated to the domain limit.
